- To provide and maintain the VEXO Careers service

- To improve our AI models and service quality

4. AI & YOUR DATA
Content you submit to generate CVs and cover letters is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI. Please do not include highly sensitive personal information such as National Insurance numbers or passport details.
5. DATA RETENTION
- Account data: retained while your account is active
- CV data: deleted when you delete your account
- Payment records: retained for 7 years (UK legal requirement)
- All other data deleted within 30 days of account deletion
