1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using VEXO Careers ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
VEXO Careers is an AI-powered career tools platform providing CV building, ATS score checking, and cover letter generation services for the UK job market.
3. DIGITAL PRODUCT & NO REFUND POLICY
VEXO Careers is a digital product. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the Service. Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate delivery of service, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
- Monthly Plan: £1.99 per month, billed monthly
- Annual Plan: £4.99 per year, billed annually
- Lifetime Plan: £9.99 one-time payment
5. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, Features will be locked.
6. PAYMENT
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. VEXO Careers does not store your payment card details. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.
7. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. VEXO Careers reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.
8. AI GENERATED CONTENT
VEXO Careers uses AI to generate CV content, cover letters and ATS analysis. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting to employers.
9. DATA & GDPR
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time from your Account Settings.
10. PAYMENT RECORDS
Transaction records will be retained for 7 years in compliance with UK tax and accounting regulations, even after account deletion.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VEXO Careers provides tools to assist with job applications. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
